Relaxing & restful

Where does Guided Meditation Sleep Session rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

An essential sleep aid. I use it several times a week to ease me into sleep.

What does Alex Q. Huffman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narrator's voice is very soothing - perfect for guided meditation sessions & relaxation. I play it whenever I have trouble relaxing. Between Mr. Huffman's voice, the ocean sounds & the music, I fall asleep before the book is done.

Relaxing and Helpful for Getting to Sleep Fast

What did you love best about Guided Meditation Sleep Session?

I loved how easily I was able to fall asleep, with relatively little effort. The session was slow, soothing and exactly what I need to get to sleep. I have tried other products before without much success. For me, this type of session has made the difference between tossing and turning or getting the sleep I need.

What about Alex Q. Huffman’s performance did you like?

The performance was calming, and the narrator's voice was quite relaxing to listen to.

Any additional comments?

This audiobook does exactly what it says it is going to do - it gets you to sleep and keeps you in that state until you are ready to wake up. However, you do need to wear earphones to bed if you want to fall asleep right away. I can see this being an issue, though I choose that over not sleeping well.

Just a bunch of noise

Couple minutes of talking hours of noise! Not worth the time or money, I suggest you move on

Not much guidance

It starts out promising, a short introduction on the importance of relaxation,than a guided meditation in form of body scan/ breathing concentration ,with a wonderful soothing narrator's voice and relaxing background music, but that is all you get.the rest is just the background music/ noise - no more guidance., just music.This is disappointing.
