Check your skepticism at the door

I found the book heavy on “why”, yet leaner on “how” than I expected. That’s ok as a complement to other, perhaps more complete works like Why Buddhism is True, Zen Mind Beginners Mind. But if this your entry point into spirituality, there may be some tough intellectualization hurdles for you to overcome as Ziad talks about densities or expects you to accept conspiracies to dampen important scientific discoveries of the 20th century by powers who would rather humanity not become enlightened. While interesting and probably at some even true, these accounts were mostly unnecessary to the process he lays out at the end. But that’s only if you’ve come far enough in your spiritual journey that you no longer need to be “convinced” why spirituality is good for you as well as your neighbor or the universe for that matter.

Very inspirational, insightful and eye opening

What seemed like a random chain of events over years and culminated into the last few months led me to this book which I feel has helped to explain what I feel inside. Ziad has organized what felt like chaotic exploration and given thought provoking (highly referenced) explanation. The tools offered will be helpful I continue on this journey. A must read

Great science info for the left brain and altruistic, moving stories and ideas for the right brain. Good exercises to try and practice. Highly recommend

Great Assembly of Deep Concepts

I enjoyed this book. It was a wonderful summary of many different concepts which may all deserve a deeper dive in their own.

The author seems sincere in illuminating the readers path and he does so in a non-preachy way.

Eye opening... LOVED IT!

This book opened my eyes to a whole new world that really spoke to me! I turned around and read again right after I finished it. And thinking about reading it again! I wish I could find more by Ziad Masri.

I highly recommend everyone to read this book wants to go into spiritual path. I have read so many books but this will top my list.

Reborn into the light I AM

I feel I have been reborn into the light I AM. So many questions doubts concerns and deep deep feelings that things I have been taught were not to enhance my true self but instead to deceive me in order to control my mind for the benefit of very greedy and unenlightened beings. I love and thank all who participated in this deception, for the lesson I needed in order to move closer to my true self.

This book opens possibilities that mainstream doesn't want us to look at. Takes you on a journey through time from a perspective not often explored. This book has helped me to understand my place in this universe more fully, and to see happenings more clearly. It set me free from the bondage of guilt.
