A short and intense book encouraging an introspection.

Although this is not a long read, it did present some topics that I can and will use. In the past few years I have faced a lot of changes and with those changes I have noticed my self-confidence has taken a hit.

I’d recommend taking the time to write out some of the lists the author provides as examples because there are definable some behaviors I didn’t realize were types of avoidance due to anxiety.

Excellent Advice! Better than any Therapist I’ve worked with

I have been experiencing panic attacks while driving for the past year and have become so afraid I quit driving all together. I became upset with myself and tried to change my life to avoid ever having to drive. I started experiencing panic attacks in other parts of my life and finally found this book to start helping myself overcome this. The author has great advice and motivating mantras. She has truly helped me understand anxiety and panic and I am on my journey to driving again. I finally feel hopeful and in control. Thank you so much for writing this book!!

This book helped me more than I could have imagined.

I learned so much that I was left wanting to hear more in this audiobook. My path has not been the worst in the world but it has been difficult to get out of this situation, it has tested everything in me. With the support of my loved ones, my team of therapists, God and books like these you can overcome and leave any situation behind. Let yourself be helped by books like this one.

This book has been a gem that I found without looking, like a soft touch of help that at the end it became the best anxiety and panic attack book that I’ve had ever heard so far, it has very details advices that will help you in those moment when you don’t see light and I till give you awesome advices to keep going! Because this is only momentary, if you are suffering from crippling panic attack hear this book, it will help you❤️

Very pleased with the results

I liked this book and will give it full marks because of how informative it is but mostly because, for once in my life, it actually achieved results in drastically reducing my panic attacks

Helpful and compassionate.

I’m on my second read through. Being in vehicles are a trigger for my panic attacks. I also have a long commute to work. This helps my mind focus on something else. Thank you.
