Enjoyable Characters
I really enjoyed this series. If you’re in the mood for a steamy shifter romance story that is purely focused on the romance and not high stakes world altering crisis/villains, then I highly recommend. The characters are all pretty enjoyable and relatable in different ways. You definitely get a little bit of all the tropes throughout this series. The rules of the world are also interesting. Overall I enjoyed following the characters along as they found their endings.
I will say that I feel the title is misleading. There isn’t actually any hunting involved. At first I thought they would be literally out hunting down mates, but it is more like they stumble across their mates as they go about their everyday lives. Not quite sure why it’s called a hunt.

I listened to all 4 books - after all I had paid for them but the theme didn’t vary that much. The first story was best, I guess bc I didn’t know the theme yet. I recommend listening to first story only.
