Excellent Meditations That Work Very Well

This meditation audiobook was different than others in some ways. Rather than immediately going into the meditation he explains to the listener some behavioral changes that could be implemented to help us fall asleep faster. It's good information plus it allows you time to settle in such as finding a comfortable position or get out all the little fidgety things that at least I do.
These guided meditations work and for the first two nights I was out within about 10-15 minutes and stayed asleep all night.
Adam Greco has a great voice for this. He speaks very calmly and slow.

Getting a good eight hours sleep is possible

It's been a wonderful way to get to sleep without much hassle. I am surprised by the effectiveness of this audio book, it proved to be really effective for getting to sleep at night

Best sleep in a long time

After listening to one of the free books on meditation, I called Audible to see if there were more like it and specifically on sleep. Audible found a couple and added them to my wishlist for me. I was up in the middle of the night and unable to fall back asleep all week as I just could not get my mind to be quiet. I fell asleep listening to this book and I had the best sleep that I can remember in most of my adult life last night.

A good audiobook

You can use this just before sleeping to have a good sleep all you need to do is close your eyes, Take a deep breath in and listen to this audio book. It's a good audiobook indeed!

Very Relavent for Our Too Busy Lives!

I really enjoyed this audiobook. Being new to meditation, I didnt know what to expect. The author is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!

This audiobook is helpful for people who have trouble sleeping at night, this audiobook is really helpful for getting to sleep at night Loved every single bit of it. Excellent narrator, smooth story. Loved the fact that meditations are ordered at the end of the audiobook.

Love this audiobook

I love this book and pick it up occasionally to remind myself of what’s important and to provide a reset. This audio book helps me to reset the mind and stop the random thoughts that passes through the minds without any reason, Helps in getting to sleep instantly.
