Publisher's summary

Levi, Noah, Aaron, Ben, Dylan, Finn, Seb, and Shaun.

Eight friends who grew up in Wells, Maine.

Different backgrounds, different paths, but one thing remains solid, even eight years after they graduated—their friendship. Holidays, weddings, funerals, birthdays, parties—any chance they get to meet up, they take it. It’s an opportunity to share what’s going on in their lives, especially their love lives.

Back in high school, they knew four of them were gay or bi, so maybe it was more than coincidence that they gravitated to one another. Along the way, there were revelations and realizations, some more of a surprise than others. And what none of the others knew was that Levi was in love with one of them....

All seven books and two bonus stories - together - adding up to more than 520K words and 1300+ pages of found family, age gap, hurt comfort, first times, a virgin or two, bisexuality, demisexuality, second chances, friends to lovers....

And through all of it, a rock-solid friendship, and a whole lotta love.

KCWells has built a world you'll want to live in with characters you'll love.

John Solo's performance is amazing, remarkable, engaging and incomparable, not much more to say. Characters have distinct voices (getting better as the series goes on).

K.C. Wells has done a wonderful job bringing her world of coastal Maine to life.

The main group of 8 men have their personalities come alive in their respective books, but some of thebside characters are somewhat two dimensional, but that's not why we're here, is it?

For the most part though, their romances are realistic and sweet, though the "but not if he doesn't feel the same about me!" trope gets used a wee but too much to delay the procedings. The men find love with a person that's a perfect fit for them, sometimes the tension seems a bit... contrived... but you will be rooting for all the men, the 8blead characters and the objects of their affections... and Grammy of course.

These stories focus on the characters, no criminal conspiracies or detective work, but surprises and love throughout.

This is a great value, almost 60 hours of entertainment you will enjoy over and over to revisit the lives of these men.

Storyline, long lasting friendships, HEA’s

Grammy! Titled could have been Grammy’s Boys! The lasting friendships and supportive nature was heartwarming. The background of Ms Brown’s family made me choke up and cry!

Immature side characters

In Finn's fantasy, Joel is stuck in the past, like 1950s. Nate is either Autistic or extremely emotionally immature. It was so bad couldn't even finish book considering it was read by one of my favorite narrators.

Angsty HEA series...meh

The stories were fine...the angst got annoying after a while. Narration was very soft spoken...almost whispered. That voice didn't always fit the characters or the mood of the conversations. Narration was better in Seb's story...but that was my least favorite story...the "I can't let anyone know my secret" shtick went on waaaayyy to long. The big secret was unrealistic, with the explanation bordering on disinformation. Ultimately if you're in the mood for this type of story, the series is fine. This author has better stories.
