A very healing meditation with different settings

Would you listen to Loving Kindness Meditation again? Why?

Yes, it is designed to be listened to more than once (hence the different backgrounds for the one meditation). I found the meditation increased positive feelings in me and put me in a good mood. I'd like that again!

nice meditation with different music

It's one meditation, but I enjoyed it and don't get bored with it as there are different music options. Very relaxing. Nice beach theme!

The background ocean noise ruins it

Would you try another book from Mayu Kimura and/or Natalie Burman?

Nothing new here in the art of meditation and the ocean nice in the background is so loud it drowns out the demure voice of the narrator. While trying to meditate your ears get overwhelmed by noise and the concentration is lost immediately.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Loving Kindness Meditation?

Cut the background water noise.

A few minute lecture and waves repeat for 3 hrs ..

Don't waste money. It's saf this sort of thing is allowed to be sold here. :(
