Having anxiety sucks.. but this book doesn’t

I get anxious around people and have anxiety attacks sometimes when I’m surrounded with too many people around me. This book explained the ways I can limit my anxiety and actually control. Some stuff I knew already but there are so many new information that really helped me out!

Super book.

This book is written in simple and straight forward language that sets out a road map on how to set ourselves free from the non-me energies that keep us traumatized and re-integrate those that belong to us.

I have read several books on shame.

This one I like a good bit. A good amount of the stuff I read was not new to me, but I appreciated the simplicity of the book and how it presents the impact of shame, sources, solutions.

The two basic emotion.

I read the book many years ago and figured that because I refer to it often when dealing with others that maybe I should read it again. In many ways it helps you understand the motivation of those around you.
