So hard to listen to the reader

Buy the printed version!
If you already know the benefits of autophagy and looking to reinforce what you know, then buy this book. It should hold your attention. There is some good stuff in here and it’s worth a read. Some advice conflicts with what I’ve read from other sources, but that’s par for the course.
Notice that I said “it’s worth a read”. If you have access to a semi-literate middle schooler at your house, have him read it to you instead. The narration could only be flatter if you had a computer read it to you. And the middle-schooler would likely do a better job with pronunciation.
I guess on the bright side, I DID finish the book in spite of the below average narration. (I checked, this guy has actually been hired for other books. Must donate his time. Certainly no one would pay this guy.)

It gave me a good idea
This was a great book for learning how to fast and then targeting my fast for certain things. It gave me a good idea of why I was fasting instead of just doing it for religious purposes.
