the way tate just goes all out in her audios. like special effects?! a cell phone ringing int he background?! what an experience. I love how Lucas does a diff inflection for each guy so it feels like it's 3 diff narrators

Great Story
I got to be honest I was a little nervous because I don’t read RH novels. But this one was epically good! The sex scenes do get a little much because MK uses sex as a coping skill but the storyline is so worth it! Tate James keeps you wondering wtf to the very last page! I read a lot of books and they are normally predictable and I know who the “villain” is well before it is revealed. Not with this series! I stayed 2nd guessing people through the whole series! And to end this book on such an open What the Heck just fueled me to jump into the Hades series (which I would have done anyways!) I definitely recommend this book.
And to top it all off holy crap the performance of this book is unlike any other I have listened to! Lucas Webley voiced the 3 main characters… and I was concerned that they would all sound a like… however, he does an amazing job at making each sound completely different and unique! He does a great job between making each guy have a unique voice but also making each one sound sexy! Brooke Daniels does a great job as Madison Kate and I like that she had a certain defiance in her voice and that she wasn’t just voicing the words but was fully in character! And to top off the amazing narrators, this is the first audiobook I have listened to that has sound effects. It definitely makes you fully submerge yourself into the book to be able to hear gunshots or a cell phone ringing or the sound of the other person on the cell phone actually sound like they were on the other end! Bravo for making this book come to life!
If you are wanting to try out a RH and haven’t yet, this one is great… or if you like RH and looking for your next suspenseful steamy romance on the darker side, this one is it! You have 3 hot violent guys that would do anything to keep their girl safe… and what I love is that they even taught her to stand on her own. That way she isn’t all weak all the time (which I hate in the female lead). You watch her progress from prissy rich girl that needs saving all the time to a badass girl that has learned to stand on her own financially, physically, and emotionally. I loved that!

Wow!
What a freaking ride!!! This whole series is amazing!!! So much sleep was lost! I literally could not stop listening. So much action, spice and the story was so well written. I just wish this was sold as a set of books instead of individual.
