The Recollections & History in this book were breathtaking to hear, but also hard to listen to at the same time!

I loved this story! Karen Kingsbury has told a moving love story, delved into part of American World War two history most people are not aware of, and connected faithful KK readers with a previous novel on the dreadful disease of Alzheimer's. very well told and read. A truly unputable down novel!!

Love story that reached all the ends of the earth
I loved that this book brought in characters from the Baxter family. Specially, since I have read the part that had her in it to take a character with her with dementia, and give her a background like that was unbelievable. I also learned I’m plan to dig deeper into World War II with the Nazis in the Jewish shaders. Especially since now at this time in our life, Israel has been attacked and is in danger of this whole thing starting all over again.
