Great affirmations techniques

I have never tried any affirmations techniques but enjoyed this book. I'm tying to get a jump start on my new year's resolution. The narration was good and kept you engaged. This was my first book by this author and I would definitely listen to others if the opportunity permits.

A lot of great sessions

Hi, Out of desperation I tried this session. I used it each time I woke up during the night and again the next night. I just plugged in the headphones, started the player and went to sleep. very awesome!!!

Amazing listen audiobook

The book is amazing to lose weight rapidly. There have all rules to lose weight such as meditation, mini habits and so on. I liked this book and enjoy the rules to keep healthy.

After picking up a copy of this audiobook i feel like i sleep with ease, all i have to do is whack this on my Alexa; then me and my husband fall asleep.

A lot of great sessions

I wasn't sure what to expect with this book, but I am certainly impressed. A lot of great sessions that left me feeling more inspired to take care of my body. Self care starts with the mind, and this is a great way to set healthy standards for yourself and keep great habits.

This is an awesome audiobook

Works for me, I like this

Finally... something that works consistently. Listened a few nights in a row and was happy with the results. Deep sleep, happily waking up. Wireless earphones do the trick. I don't listen very loudly, don't need to, I'm asleep after a few mins anyway. Every time!!
