Helped me out Big Time!

I have always found eating healthy very challenging, my favorite foods are hard to ignore and it prevents me from having my dream body. Listening to this book played a big part in motivating me to eat better which helps provide my body with more energy which helps me with working out and now I am close to getting the body I have always wanted. I recommend this to others looking to better themselves through health & fitness!

You NEED this audiobook!

Just fully finished Simone's Audiobook for affirmations I must say this is one that you have for everyday use, it has replayability and one of those that you can set while you go to be to keep you in the positive mindset. I'm going to continue using this especially with virtual work as white noise to keep my morale high and keep me going! Thank you so much for this Simone looking forward to your upcoming work!

Helpful and Practical Tips!

I feel like I am struggling with weight loss. I have tried many programs to help with mindful eating, but this audiobook gives much insight that is encouraging and empowering to help achieve a realistic goal that I can use to achieve my desired goals.
It is worth listening to if you are serious like I am.

Really positive book!

I think a lot of us come at the topics of eating and weight loss with a lot of negative baggage. So, something like that is affirming and supportive is fantastic. Really great narration too. Recommend!

Helping me stay on track

I have been trying to eat better and lose weight for a while now. Every time I start, all kinds of roadblocks come up. I found this book, and have been listening to it to help me deal with the daily stuff that comes up trying to derail my plan.I have found that by listening to this on the way to work I am better prepared mentally to stay on track during the workday. ON the way home I listen to it to keep me on track when the nightly temptations come into play. With the help of this book, I have been able to keep on the path to my goals consistently and I am gaining more confidence that I can reach them. Thank You Simone Clark for such a wonderful gift!

Very well done

This was just what I have needed to listen to first thing each morning. I have had such a bad relationship with food and eating, but this has given me so much value and positivity to start my days off right. I have noticed such a difference in myself and in my eating habits. Also, I love the music in the background, it's so calming. Definitely recommend!

Life-changing! Absolutely Recommend!

I finished this audiobook over the course of two days and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am totally empowered that I can finally set my tangible goals in motion. I've learned that I am a work in progress and responsible for what I do and don't do. No one is perfect, and that's what I always missed. This audiobook shed that light and I cannot describe in words how eager I am to start my weight loss goals. I will be starting my 5 week program tomorrow, and that's completely a result of how motivated this book made me to sit down, put my goals in writing, and take action. I cannot wait to get started and to see results. This book is a must listen if you're looking for motivation and empowerment to start a new fitness goal.

Easily 5 stars. I absolutely recommend!

Fix your mindset for good!

Anxiety and eating are very related. When you are anxious, you tend to eat more, and make bad choices, and you eat unhealthy, you are more likely to be anxious and depressed. Get rid of this vicious cycle, fix your mindset, listen to these affirmations daily.

Awesome

I learned to start looking after my body and mind and to also give myself permission to take a break. I will also start focusing on today and taking one day at a time by putting my energy into things that matter.
