Publisher's summary

If your one of the many people who struggle to reach the rim and dunk over their opponents, don’t get disheartened – because what many don’t realize is that dunking a basketball requires more than on court skill alone. And it is certainly not determined by either your height or your age. In fact, our ability to dunk is dictated by our muscle strength, muscle power, and our vertical jump performance. Which in itself is an extremely positive thing, because these factors are not necessarily inherited, nor are they determined at birth. Rather, each of these factors can be trained independently in the gym and on the court, allowing us to improve our vertical jump height, ensuring we can dunk with ease – irrespective of either our age or our height!

In the following book you will find: Successfully implemented methods of strength training that will build the foundation for your dunking ability Power training methods to improve your muscular power Jump training methods to rapidly increase your vertical jump and dunking capacity Information pertaining to jump technique and dunking performance that have been honed through decades of work Dietary information to ensure you get the most out of your training Who am I?

My name is Jason Wilhelm, and I have had the pleasure of working with a vast number of basketball athletes over the years – with my primary role to improve both the jump height and athletic performance of these same athletes. A large part of this role has been to maximize sport specific strength, power, and explosive jumping ability – the result of which has led to absolutely HUGE improvements in dunking ability. With both my knowledge and experience I truly believe I can help many more improve their strength, power, and athletic performance, through the use of the tried and true training methods that I have spent years developing. What can you expect from this book? This book is essentially the written culmination of my many yea

Awesome book! Helped patch a huge flaw!

This book is an awesome guide on how to improve your bio mechanics to get a higher jump in a simple and effective way. It explains how it all works in terms even a simple guy like me can understand.
I usually don't write reviews but this helped me realize what I was missing, it's one of those things where you really aren't thinking enough about the dynamics until its explained to you. I can't recommend this enough. This is good for anyone looking to increase their jump, even if you don't play basketball.
