    If you believe you have adrenal fatigue, look no further. If you already in the crashed mode, chances are you have no time or energy to actually read a book. That's where this audiobook comes in super handy! Don't think twice... Buy it! There is so much helpful information in this book!

    Great book! Makes so much sense! I am currently trying it out now and I have to say when I do things completely by the book, I have the best days-full of energy, and sleep well at night. I'm a semester away from achieving my RN certification and found all of these things to be very accurate! Here's to hoping for a better future!

    "All my questions answered!"

    If you are experiencing exhaustion and weight gain, this is for you! This is the first time I have heard someone speak on the three levels of adrenal exhaustion. This is important to know because it will determine what herbs/vitamins you should take I was taking herbs for level three instead of level two. Once I switched, everything changed!

    Highly recommend this book!!

    "relatively science free "

    The author's proof is largely "trust me ". It has a good number of ideas based on studies and a good number of popular notions without much to back them, and a lot of ideas I am unfamiliar with all presented as near equals. When he does cite a study it is usually vague and not qualitative.

    This may be good advice, but it is so convoluted it is difficult to tell. It is a one size fits all plan.

    After listening to this book...I realized my thyroid problems were not just that...I had adrenal fatigue all along and did not know it. My gen. care doctor never addressed this issue at all, and I have been suffering from being soooo tired all the time! I learned so much from this book!! I feel grateful for the understanding I now have, and with it hope for improved health and well being.

    This book provides so much info and help about a subject most doctors are ignoring today. We must educate ourselves and learn how to heal our bodies from the ravages of stress. This book explains it all and provides all the help to do it short of doing my shopping and meal preparations :)

    I was initially diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue by my homeopath in 2007 but didn't follow through with treatment and wasn't prepared to make the required lifestyle changes. I have been living in varying states of exhaustion since then, but it all came to a head in mid 2015 and my body just crashed. I did my own research and implemented various protocols but it was only after finding this book that things started to improve dramatically although very gradually.
    It is so comprehensive and offers easy to follow plans including foods and supplements that are ideal for each stage along with clear guidelines for exercise, sunshine and sleep requirements.
    I look forward to the day when I am once again thriving!

    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    This is a great book that is not your normal fad thing. It is so far one of the best books I have read on nutrition that is not plant based. It is a great foundation for people who want to make real life changes and not get sucked into our current fad diet programs.
