"This is overall one of the best diet books to hit the market in recent years, brimming with success stories...and plenty of optimistic energy." (Publishers Weekly)
When I buy an audiobook, I expect to have the same information as in the book. This 'audio book' was really more of commercial for the real book.
Here is what you get:
- 60 minutes of why this is better than other diets
- 60 minutes of short motivational messages that you are supposed to listen to in 2-3 minute installments over the next 28 days
- 30 minutes of user testomonials.
Sure you learn that you need to eat every 3 hours ... but you need to buy the book to find out what and how much you can eat.
I gave it 2 stars because it was motivational ... but sadly disappointing due to fact that the substance of the book is missing. Got to say I feel a bit conned.
Save your money ... go straight to book and skip this audio.
This audio book was a waste of a book credit... half the time was spent on daily meditations the other half on testimonials... nothing about what daily diets or what snacks or treats could consist of or how to balance your diet... this review is for the audio only... maybe the book is better... I hope so because after listening to the audio I have no clue how to start....
Everything you need to know about this book is in the title. You really don't learn anything else.
I was very disapointed in the lack of information in this audio book. We learn all the book has to say in the first 60 seconds.....eat every 3 hours....duh. How many years have we been hearing this?
