I like the message that this book presented. the only complained I had is that the audio was messed up at about chapter 7 and it would skip to the end of the book no matter what I did so the book is fine the story's fine it's just the recording that audible is not
opened my eyes to the lies of the diets. understanding your body and what it needs to be healthy if nuch better than starving it with diets.
