I like the reading a lot of this book. it really does help you fall asleep.

Out of order...

Not 6 hours straight and the chapters were out of order. only 3 sections over an hour. Calm narrator but... returning. Not as advertised. Lots of explanations, not enough relaxing.

Save your credit if you're having tough times

As I comfortably layed in bed, I stayed awake for 3-4 hours while listening to this audiobook (the keys parts of the book). It's supposed to put you to sleep lol. I felt calm, but 2am hit and it was time for a sleeping pill. Was totally let down on this investment and wish I could get my credit back. This morning came with my toddler raising hell, and I could have used several more hours of sleep.
