This is great for people in all walks of life

Found this at a very difficult time in life

I've had this book for about 4 days however it's been incredibly useful. Audible has a timer feature that allows you to listen to one chapter and it turns off by itself. This has been very helpful I've used it for going to bed at night and even taking a nap during the day. I am not able to take naps during the day due to anxiety and knowing that I should be doing something else however sometimes a nap is needed. I was able to take a rest today with The deep sleep chapter in this book and no anxiety. A rest midday and no anxiety for me does not happen. The last time it did happen was when I had a major flu and had no choice but to sleep. Then I could sleep without guilt and anxiety, and this happened so many years ago I can't even count.. Today I had the need for a nap because of many nights of no sleep and I was able to rest comfortably with no anxiety for 3 and 1/2 hours. My intention was 1 hour but hey looks like I needed more. Thanks to this book I got it.

I'm so happy I found this! I've been struggling with overthinking and social anxiety for some time, and it's been really difficult getting through the day. But after listening to these hypnosis, I finally feel like a weight has been lifted!

Noticed improvements immediately

Life on easy mode
