I learned a thing or two
This book has a lot of little nuggets. I didn't know about conflict resolution and I realized that a nap would be a just as good as caffeine. There's plenty of tidbits for me to listen to I actually bought the book to follow along with the audio. Good stuff.

They fixed the chapter names in this audiobook. It is now a pleasure to navigate this audiobook.
The content is clearly laid out. It is easy to listen to, and the content is engaging and through.
You get a handy code, automatically, per GMAIL to do an online assessment (or appraisal) so you can identify your weaknesses, so you know which chapters to go to first. Make sure to listen to the beginning of the book, which tells you how to use the book.
I have only spent a few hours in this book, but can see that it is going to be a book that I must complete, and will become one of my favourite books.
