A career guide that has it all!
This book is a treasure trove of practical career advice. The title, Recalculating, refers to the process of pivoting one's career in the face of the turmoil caused by COVID-19 (but applies equally to any other life change). Lindsey Pollak expertly discusses every conceivable aspect of the recalculation and job search process: mindset, goal setting, research, networking, strategies, virtual interviewing, salary negotiation, etc. I loved hearing Lindsey read the book; she shares wisdom, advice, and concrete action steps in a very engaging way.
As a career consultant myself, I see it as an invaluable resource for job seekers at all levels, from college students onward.
