Would Recommend
John C Maxwell did a excellent job with this book. Probably one of the most underrated books in his arsenal. He guides you from taking in a leader, to mentoring, and finally creating a team of leaders. All with tips and guides on how to keep progressing so you may do it over and over. It moves fast but filled with treasure troves. Bravo!
