Amazing book to help me break bad habits

This book is absolutely amazing, helping me to build good habits and break the bad ones. I am home all the time, and it is so hard to form a good practice, I have no motivation…. I learned a lot from this book, and it is a short book and easy to listen to. I highly recommend everyone ready to change their life by changing their habits.

Change your life forever

I'm on a self-improvement kick (Who isn't these days :) ). I suppose I have been for many years, but some of my habits could use improvement and that's where this audiobook comes in. I enjoyed listening to the psychology of habits, and the many ways that we can make positive changes by framing it in our mind as something that brings improvement to our lives. I'd recommend this audiobook to anyone looking for a quick listen that can have an impact on the rest of your life! I'm already putting these ideas into practice and having success! Just what I needed!

Oh man, have I developed some bad habits since I've been working from home. So, this book is what I was looking for: great, straight-forward tips to reset some stuff. I am excited to use what I learned to start eating better, sleeping better, and give some structure to my days. Excellent narrator as well. Recommend!!

Bad Habits be gone!

Having been working from home a while, I have had trouble changing my bad habits. I enjoyed learning how habit loops work, and how our actions admonish each other. I appreciate how easy this is to take in and how well presented it is. I would recommend this to anyone.

Powerful!

The author does a great job of diving deep into human psychology and uncovering how to create better habits effectively. I loved the sections on how small habits can quickly create a successful mindset. The strategies discussed are all easy to implement and I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to change their life. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing - a joy to listen to.

You Need This, Especially In Our Current Times!!

As the new uprising trend of personal development & mindset development, we all are looking for a great base to start with. Books like atomic habits, unf*ck yourself, etc are great books but are inspirational but at the same time for a beginner might not be the best to start applying right away. Then here comes Liam and this book... ladies and gentlemen, this is the one! short and sweet with actionable steps to start changing your mind and understanding how to break bad habits. It's one where you can start applying as you're listening. This will be one I will be listening to at least once a week! Great job!
