Giver of good daily habits

Easy listen! This has great information. This touches on topics that everyone should learn, the power of positive thinking, accountability, self-awareness, and how it influences your life. Great life lessons in general. This book really challenged the way I think. To be honest, I haven't implemented much because I'm still struggling to find my passion. I listened to the book recording while going through the written book and I learned a lot.

I love habit formation and behavioral science. And this is such an easy read, you forget how amazing the content is. Stephen does an excellent job of organizing a wealth of information in a way that is easy to read, understand, and apply. This is a easy habit building exercise that gets easier each time. On the day you do a new habit automatically it's time to celebrate that success.

I listen this book. It makes a lot of ..

Loving this book and recommending to my own nutrition clients! I had already been moving to a more realistic approach with them, and this just cemented what I felt in my gut---gone are the days when I am willing to put someone on an entire life overhaul regimen...only to see them "fail" and "fall off the wagon" later for not being perfect. This book is amazing. It's well written and fun to read. Most importantly is that his ideas really work. You have to retrain your brain for lasting success in anything and this book shows you how. It's fun, simple, and empowering.

This is a fantastic little book.....

This book is great for anyone who wants to start working on the right habits. Everyone who struggles with the right diet, working out, managing their time and being more productive, this book will steer you in the right direction. It offers quick actionable steps to get the job done and you won't want to put the book down. It was particularly inspiring to consider just how productive a routine can make me through constant progress. Kind of a little engine that could, or the tortoise beats the hair kind of concept. I am going to read this one a second time and take notes!

Five Stars!!!

This book was very helpful. As someone who currently has no "mentor" so to speak in the film industry, this book has acted as my temporary guide. It addresses many problems screenwriters go through, as well as warning people of the pitfalls that many aspiring screenwriters fall into. If you are having a problem writing a screenplay, you can use this book to look up the subject you need help with and get advice on that subject from multiple screenwriters. It's really great. You could read it from cover to cover but I like to have it available when I need advice on a given subject.

Excellant!!!!

This book sound like my biography. It has touched on issues I struggle with in my life and career. This will be my pocket guide to success. The author gives practical steps and there's a website to use after you the book. The book is short enough for a chronic procrastinator to actually finish. Looking forward to applying what I learned and have already started the smaller changes!!!!
