Well put together

This is a quality product. Good narration and very clear and precise information. The chapters all build on one another to give a full picture of what it is to be carnivore and how it can help you.

Very good

Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. Great suggestion, great recipes... lays out exactly what i need. The author is honest and straight forward to the listener

Are you ready for the truth about Fat?

Get it. Read it. Lose a bunch of weight like I did. Seriously... just make sure you spread the word. Nearly 70% of the population in America is obese or overweight. I am no longer overweight (according to the BMI). I was obese 9 months ago. This is not a coincidence. Fat doesn't make you fat.

Good practical tips

I enjoyed listening to these books. Not too sciency - there are plenty of other sources for that - but good practical observations and recommendations. It's interesting to participate in her journey and to see how she's adapted.

Awesome

Definitely a great alternative to the keto and paleo diet. I had never heard of this diet before but somehow stumbled upon it. Definitely a great approach to losing weight.

Perfect narration
