The books contradict each other

In the Carnivore Diet book, the author explains how we can thrive on a solely meat based diet (which I can attest to). He states this diet is far superior to a vegetable based diet. I also agree. In the Intermittent Fasting book he goes on to state that humans are primates and should consume large amounts of vegetables. Ugh lol.

into the process

am 2 weeks into carnivore so for long I've tried everything not that it didn't work it worked but the carnivore is just another level.

Feels like a summary of the internets diets

The books are short, but it also says that the author has tried the diets for a year and then decided to write the book. The two different books also contradict each other, the second with recommendations to eat carbs etc, the first to just eat meat. It’s basically just a summary of several diets with no deeper knowledge than a few hours on the internet will give you.
As a short introduction they might work, but for insights… nah. You can’t bring this with you to the doctor really.

Great to listen

This is a great book for someone interested in trying the Carnivore diet. There are recipes, and a list of resources; so you can do your own research. This audiobook did a fantastic job of detailing exactly why a carnivore diet is so good for your health and has reassured me that eating this way can give me benefits. I’m overweight and also have an autoimmune condition and can’t wait to track the results I get. What I liked about this audiobook is that it gives a step-by-step guide on exactly how to start the diet, what to eat and avoid, when to eat and how to cope with obstacles.

Five stars

Great content and great narrator, which is a winning combination in my book. Glad I opted for this one. Good book with great recipes. I’ve tried a few and can honestly say that you can stick to the diet if your meals are easy to prepare and include variety. The 30 recipes given here do just that, which makes staying the course much easier.

Helpful book

We have been taught ever since we were young that regular meat consumption is fattening, unhealthy, heart-attack inducing, artery clogging, tumor producing, and cholesterol raising and constipating food that should be avoided as much as possible.

I loved the audio book. It has so many parts, plus bonus chapters on combining carnivore with intermittent fasting, and how to eat out while on the diet. I’m a very happy customer.
