Very Relaxing Subliminal Affirmations!

I don't know much about exercise but I have been waking up earlier from listening to these Subliminal Affirmations. So, it might be training m ego to wake up earlier and have more energy.

It Gets me Moving while sleeping as well!

I'm happy I purchased this audio and not another! I listen to While Sleeping before and while I exercise as well! Exactly what I did need! The music animates, and the phrases are extremely motivating!

It helped me a lot.

I have been listening to this Motivational Subliminal Affirmations morning and evening for about a month now. It's difficult to describe, but I'm certainly feeling a big difference. I definitely feel hopeful that this will help me work toward boost my exercise motivation. At the very least, it is helping to increase self-esteem and I have noticed all-around better self-care.

It will work for you.

This audible has helped me, I got results almost instantly. Yes, the music is a little cheesy but it's like eating your veggies, it's good for you and healthy! I've been listening to it twice a day and at night for a few weeks and I feel great! I am a huge Sasha Matcha fan and own several of her audiobooks, but this is the only one that has subliminal affirmations and it works like gangbusters! the author is like a warm, loving fairy godmother with a lot of understanding and motivation.

My wife getting great help from this.

My wife is 34 and she listens to this every night to fall asleep she asks many questions, especially when she is upset she says she needs to talk to the audible to calm her. we both enjoy this and listen to it a lot
