Fascinating, easy to follow guide!!!

This is another diet book, but it is different than most. This is a diet to get rid of the carbohydrates that we all consume all day, every day. Carbs are making us unhealthy, sick and dying!!!

A personal, practical look at anxiety.

Love this book. An easy page turner as experiences have been relatable. Helpful, comforting read for anyone going through their own version of anxiety.There are some great recommendations of how to attack your fears and anxiety head on.

Simply Amazing!!!

This is an absolutely amazing book. Lily writes from a place of pure understanding of what it is like to experience debilitating anxiety throughout life and then she shares the amazing tools that helped her to not only break free, but to live a life filled with excitement, love and possibility.

Great Book!!!

Great book. Highly recommended. You need to put in the work though. You cannot just stay home and expect to feel better.This is a must have if you have social anxiety. A lot of what is covered in the book reflects how I and I'm sure many people really feel.

This book fills an important niche!!!

They are my "go to" books and recommended reading for all my anxiety clients. Personally, I utilized the ACT framework for my own anxiety and have found, over the years, that I have seen a rapid reduction in my own anxiety as well as the anxiety of my clients. I highly recommend this book!!

Interesting and Actionable!!

I love this book! Recommend it to parents and clinicians who work with kids thst struggle with anxiety. It is a really easy read and offers helpful tips to help get to the root of the anxiety the child has.This book breaks it all down into manageable steps that can really make a difference in our children's lives.

I highly recommend!!!

I am only halfway through this book and it has already helped me tremendously. If you suffer from social anxiety I highly recommend this book.The books helps you acknowledge that you have a problem and what the strategy is to fix it. It helps me stop pretending that everything is fine. It makes you want to stop waiting and take action!!!

Great for someone with Anxiety!!

This is an awesome self help book! It's helping me reduce my anxiety and depression. I do a chapter a week. It has exercises in the book to write down thoughts and feelings that you are dealing with. I recommend this book to anyone!!!

Great resource for parents!!!

This is a really practical and extremely useful book which I highly recommend. The advice is easy to understand, clear and straight to the point.I bought this book for the parent of a teenager who's had panic attacks, but read it first and found it very readable and helpful!!
