Breathing, focus, relaxation and positivity

I tested out the voice in the sample of the meditation before purchasing. Her voice is soothing. Some are short some are longer. Chapter 9 has affirmations at the end. Some refer to a light touching the body. I think of this as God's healing spirit. It is easy to switch the words to Bibleically-based thoughts which is important to me.
