The stories were TOTALLY relatable, and I believe really helped to detail authenticity. Further, loved the usable strategies; and what resonated the most- the absolute MOST- is the message that what we do, our intentions, feelings, how we communicate, etc., is the most important thing- it is not about the result - the other person, the response, etc. Know yourself better than anyone or anything else. And here’s what that means and how to do it.

Loved it!

I was enjoying this episode and then when the guest started talking about how she rehearses her myriad of responses for future situations or conversations with someone - good or bad - owning your power of being authentic self, I stopped and thought, “Oh my God! I’ve been doing this my whole life!” It made me feel like I wasn’t crazy, and it validated how this has helped me be exactly who I want to be, especially in those moments when I know an awkward or had conversations might happen. Super helpful!

So that’s what it is!

This is my first review and a pity it has to be a negative one. I love Mel Robbins and her podcasts and listen to them almost daily on my run.
But the expert she invited here, is in my eyes absolutely struggling with self worth. I find it self centered and overly sensitive (as our society tents to be nowadays) to expect people to pronounce your name right and to give them help and even: „Create a video to teach them how to pronounce the name properly“. If you wanted to help them, create a cute nickname or just Don’t Care!!!! You are true to yourself, fine but if you get caught up with that, you have really no other issues? I wouldn’t not even want to hang around this person or try to say her name EVER out of pure anxiety of this bitter woman. I am so sorry that it triggers me like that, but I am super annoyed about our spoiled, whinging generation. Had to turn off the first time, after 9 Minutes.

The worst episode with the worst ungeladenste expert
