#098 - Jeff Johnson's symptoms started with just a pinch in his ankle and progressed to severe neurological issues that resulted in him having to use a wheelchair for a year and his quality of life continued to decline rapidly.  While part of his journey included Medical Medium information, we also dig into how he created an environment for healing around himself, which included not only what he ate, but also how he brainstormed his healthiest day and how he shifted his approach to relationships with others as well as himself.
