The wisdom shared by these amazing guests became the foundation for my third bestselling book, Be Brilliant. However, along this journey, something interesting happened. Many of you have reached out and asked for more. More of my story, more of my business journey and more of what I have learnt. Surprisingly, there has also been a demand for more solo episodes. Although it’s much easier to put the spotlight on someone else, I’ve decided to take the advice of a wise individual who once told me to "do it scared." So here I am, doing it scared, with a simple intention to serve you by sharing what I have learnt. Buckle up, my friends. It’s going to be a wild ride as I share the messy, beautiful journey of how I got where I am. Here's to doing it scared. Here’s to the unexpected.     It’s easy to fall into the trap of conformity without even noticing. I’ve been there myself. There were times in my corporate journey when I realised I was just doing what was expected of me and following the cookie-cutter approach to business. This may be an easy path, but it isn’t one that leads to success.

    To reach our full potential we need to embrace our true, flawed selves and lead from there. This is more important than ever, as people's trust in businesses is declining year on year. The only way to cut through this is to be open and authentic so that customers can connect with the real you.

I've had so many conversations recently with clients that despite their 5, 10 years in business or  their 2, 3, 4 decades of incredible experience, they’re pricing themselves at a level where they might as well be flipping burgers in the local drive thru!

    For so many of us - despite the skills and mastery we’ve acquired in our field over the years - as soon as we go out on our own in business, we don’t price ourselves accordingly for our experience. We start questioning our worth and more often than not, end up working really, really hard with nothing to show for it.

    So today, I’m talking about why you need to quit undercharging and the mindset you need to adopt to build the business success of your dreams.
