Season 2: Episode 26 – Filthy Rags (Isaiah 64)

In episode 26 of Season 2, we examine the Isaiah 64 passage that people twist and poorly use to claim that our righteousness (Even when being transformed in Christ and living in Him, through Him, and in obedience to Him) is still considered as filthy rags to God. That our best day in Him and through Him, is still a filthy rag to Him. This is foolish. This passage is not about the righteousness in Christ that we now get to live out. It is about false righteousness, self made righteousness...that is apart from Christ. Jesus said we can do nothing apart from Him, but we bear much fruit in Him. And in this episode we thoroughly untwist this teaching false teaching about Isaiah 64.

Season 2: Episode 25 – James 3:2

In episode 25 of Season 2, we examine James 3:2, and the verse people rip out of context to preach sin identity and slavery. We are free from sin! And by looking at everything else James says in this letter and understanding the context properly we, see that James preaches freedom from sin just like all of theNew Testament prophets, apostles, and teachers do.

Season 2: Episode 24 – Peter’s Sin

In episode 24 of Season 2, we examine the passage about the sin of Peter that Paul rebuked. We discuss how foolishly people point at this passage to keep an identity of sin and to preach that we are slaves to sin and cannot be free. So we look at it thoroughly and with proper perspective to untwist the foolish teachings people enforce and foolishly use this story about Peter and Paul to preach.

Season 2: Episode 22-23 – The Lies About 1 John 1:8 (Part 3)

In this double episode (Episodes 22-23) of Season 2, we continue our study of 1 John as we untwist the lies that people claim about 1 John 1:8. We look at several portions of scripture throughout all of 1 John and see how much the book as a whole makes these ridiculous claims about this verse look absolutely foolish. The reason for giving such attention to this and untwisting this destructive lie, is to unveil the truth that has made us free from sin.

We dig deep into the book of 1 John, and look at our freedom from sin and victory over sin through Christ. Jesus cleansed us from all unrighteousness so that we can live out the fruit of righteousness which is holiness.

Season 2: Episode 18-19 – The Teaching That Accords With Godliness

In this double episode (Episodes 18-19) of Season 2, we tie up some final things that relate to our study of Romans 6-8 and the overall topic of the season. We touch on some other passages in Romans 9 and 10. And then go deep into the sobering truth of 1 Timothy 6 about the sound words of Christ and the teaching that accords with godliness, and how people that are against it and don't agree with that truth; Paul says this type of person is "puffed up with conceit and understands nothing". Not believing in our true freedom from sin is understanding nothing.

Season 2: Episode 17 - Truly Righteous In This Lifetime

In episode 17 of Season 2, we examine a few scriptures that so greatly align with the truths of Romans 6, and we look at the truth about how we are truly transformed and are righteous in this lifetime, and are not pretend righteous. Jesus died to sin so that we would die to sin and live for righteousness. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness are filled with righteousness and are satisfied by its goodness, purity, and truth.
