Husband, father, dancer and former DJ of the Ellen DeGeneres show took his own life and it reminded me that people are dying everyday to suicide. It made me think of how difficult it is to just be yourself, let alone have to tell people that you've been thinking about taking your own life. I'm not saying tWitch wasn't himself, I am sharing with you some of the thoughts that came to mind. Like many others, it also made me reflect on who I am and how I want to live my life. RIP Stephen tWitch Boss.

In this episode I talk a bit about the benefits of self affirmations and did you see Ye fka Kanye West on Alex Jones' Info Wars?

I recorded this episode after I confronted myself about experiencing jealousy, sadness and betrayal. This self confrontation reminded me that I've recorded over 30 hours of podcast episodes but self doubt caused me to stop and if I could confront myself about feeling jealous, sad and betrayed then recording this episode would be my way of confronting my self doubt.

So in this episode I address how I've been feeling about a loss of a friendship. I also touch on the benefits of the mental health therapy I've been taking with the help of Coffee, Hip Hop, & Mental Health and I vent about several other topics.
