  • It’s a new season, and we’re on board with Tom Boswell’s assertion that time begins on Opening Day. We are excited. We are (cautiously) optimistic. We are building up a thirst for crafty baseball and craft beers. We hope to be dancing in the aisles during innings, while an entity called the Queens Crew dances on the field between innings. The ballpark beckons once more, and it’s got fans like us in its thrall. We also try to decide if we don’t mind the Mets Hall of Fame relocating, and we remember one of the mainstays of Met pitching from when miracles were performed.
