Transform Your Triggers

The big lie is that triggers are a bad thing. They are going to hurt you and shut you down. They come from an experience that is going to remind you to be less than! Let go of the lie and transform your triggers. Triggers are the things that fire guns. In this video I offer guidance and wisdom on transforming your triggers and your traumas to create movement in your current life.

People who are triggering you are not your triggers. They are the people you entered into agreement with to awaken you to remember the highest most important parts of you! Triggers are there to fire you up. They are supposed to make you feel what you are feeling.

What you need to do is learn to feel them and let them bring you into the highest aspect of you. Put your triggers in a box and let them become your tools. Resentments are tools as well. When you let go of the attachment to the person, place, or thing that you think the resentment belongs to and own that it is all yours then you can use it to transform and awaken the new awareness within you.
