No matter what he did, Patrick couldn’t push the company past the $700K revenue mark. That’s not all that bothered him… Patrick longed to provide his team with the proper benefits he knew they deserved. Patrick joined CertainPath roughly 18 months ago looking for answers, and he’s found them. In a short period of time, Patrick has worked hard on his business. Riley Heating & Cooling finally shattered the $700K glass ceiling, finishing 2022 at $1MM in sales and 2023 at $1.3MM in sales.
