Brinkley (Tony Torn) and his wife Minnie (Jenny Lee Mitchell) move down to Texas and start a new radio station coming out of Mexico, finding an even bigger audience for country music and medical themed programming down there. But an old nemesis from the American Medical Association, Dr. Morris Fishbein (Joshua Wolf Coleman), reappears. After the episode, host Dan Butler interviews country music expert Dr. Sam Parler.

Dr. Brinkley's medical license is under attack from the American Medical Association, and his radio license is under attack from the Federal Radio Commission.
