Regardless of which sport you play, played or will play, we are here to bring these very unique stories together and to show how they can help you, someone you love or someone that you hope to inspire. We interview athletes as they look back on early athletics, current habits & routines, past hardships, perceived failures, successes and in their pursuit of happiness, with the hope to inspire others. We also don't take ourselves too seriously, so we make it fun! (WARNING: ADULT HUMOR)

    Us?

    We are just two sports performance coaches (Charleston & Chip), who are extremely curious of "the process," athletes go through. Although, we are not licensed sports psychologist, we have been in the professional Strength & Conditioning field for a combined 26+ years and both have been involved with sports our whole lives. We have worked with some of the greatest athletes in the world with that, comes A LOT of different personalities and different paths.

We touch on life outside of basketball and the emphasis Corey places on maintaining a balance between his work and his home life.
