    Do they help you feel motivated and excited? Or can they leave you feeling disappointed when you don't achieve them?

    Join my conversation with Claire Moore, owner and director of women's gym Believe & Achieve, as we discuss how setting goals that align with our purpose and vision can be a really positive motivation to help us to improve our wellbeing.

    I love how Claire talks about we are more likely to stick to our goals and keep setting new ones when we create a positive association with them, rather than focusing on what we are losing or missing out on, and I also loved hearing Claire's inspirational back story of how she has created an amazing, supportive community for women in Sheffield.
