Today we’re going to have a conversation with Steven Hatch. Steven's passion for excellence, personal development, and training has taken him to stages around the world where he has trained with the likes of Jack Canfield, Larry King, various NBA players, Olympic medalists, and was even selected to present an award to a Nobel Prize winner at a Pre-Oscar party in Hollywood. After a successful 9-year real estate career which included a year service as the local association president, Steven moved into an international marketing company as a Senior Executive. During his 6 years as a key Executive with that company, the company grew to levels that ranked it well within the top 100 marketing companies in the world, with sales in over 50 countries. Some of his other accomplishments include a US Patent, Author of a book, multiple international photo awards including magazine covers and displays at at a movie premiere in Broadway and Hollywood; and several personal roles in local TV commercials, radio, and billboards.

Ricky Cardenas is a native of El Salvador, Central America, he moved to the US in 2003 when the company he used to work for transferred him to their Headquarters in Denver, Colorado. He owns a RE/MAX franchise overseas, with over 800 real estate Agents. He’s been married for 41 years to his wife, Terry. They have two daughters, and four grandchildren. He’s a firm believer in the power of the Mind.
