After completing an LLM in Information Technology Law at Edinburgh University, he is currently completing his second LLM in Cyber, Information and National Security (CINS) at George Mason University. Dr. Ilia Kolochenko is a Member of Board of Appeals at the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), being a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) and certified CIPP/A, CIPP/C, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM and CIMT by the IAPP.
