    Welcome back to The Hockey News American Pipeline Podcast as Sydney Wolf and Mike Stephens take an up-and-close look at the results of the 2023 NHL draft. Here's part of the many players and draft topics discussed in this final episode of the season: - Adam Fantilli went third overall to the Columbus Blue Jackets, but the team drafted some more excellent NCAA players. - The incoming Boston College trio from the NTDP weren't all drafted to the same NHL team, but Will Smith went fourth to San Jose, while Ryan Leonard went eighth to Washington. The New York Rangers took Gabe Perreault at pick No. 23. - How about UConn freshman Matthew Wood? He went 15th overall to the Nashville Predators. Meanwhile, Oliver Moore fell slightly to Chicago at No. 19, while Charlie Stramel went higher than expected at No. 21 to Minnesota.  - High-level Boston University commits Tom Willander and Brandon Svoboda heard their names called, with Willander going 11th to Vancouver and Svoboda being selected at 71st by San Jose. - BCHL and more Jr. A players committed to NCAA colleges made an impression on NHL teams, with Bradly Nadeau going 30th overall to the Carolina Hurricanes. - The goalie frenzy came alive in the second and third rounds, with Adam Gajan going the highest to Chicago. Three other players in the Alberta Jr. A league are worth watching as well come the draft. - The USHL has Will Whitelaw and Jayden Perron among a ton of the high-level prospects eligible for the draft. - Goalie talk: who are the top goaltenders from the American pipeline likely to get taken in the draft? - Let's not forget Minnesota high school hockey.
