I recently spoke to Robert Chelsea, and he's got a story! Robert had a complete face transplant. He was in a car accident - hit by a drunk driver approximately 11 years ago, and was burnt over 60% of his body. He was in a coma for approximately 6 months, had numerous skin grafts and in 2019 had a complete face transplant. I recently spoke to my friend, Deborah Presley Brando. We had a lot of fun taping this episode - She is an extraordinary author whose life experiences have shaped her unique perspective on the world. Born into a life of constant movement, Deborah moved an astonishing thirty-six times before the age of fifteen. She was exposed to a diverse range of environments and cultures which undoubtedly influenced her writing.

Her recently published book - Memoir of a Starseed Child, Elvis, Marlon, Christian and Me, chronicles her journey, from learning about her bio father, Elvis Presley, to her marriage to Christian Brando, and her life to date.

I have the pleasure of speaking with Rawcel, aka Zupanova recently and have connected with him at various events. Not only is he a talented musician, he is also a caregiver.

I first met Rawcel at an event honoring caregivers last year. He has been a caregiver, for about 12 years, first taking care of his Aunt, and then his best friend then his parents. He is certified by the state. We spoke about his journey into caregiving, and then music.
