Once upon a time, a sparrow and a crow lived on the same tree. They became friends. Both of them used to collect grain together. Where the sparrow found grains, it called the crow chirping. They often had to travel far and wide to collect food.

The two agreed to sow grain in a nearby field. Plants will grow from the seeds, then many seeds will grow on the plants. Sparrows and crows will not have to go far to find food. The crow liked the corn kernels and the sparrow also liked the yellow-yellow corn kernels very much. Both decided to plant corn in the field.

The sparrow was very hardworking but not as hardworking as the crow sparrow. He did not like to work. He used to walk around all the time. Singing the songs of crows, sometimes it flies on one branch and sometimes it flies to another branch.

One day it rained heavily. The sparrow went to the crow and said, "Crows, crows, the rain has softened the soil, let us plow our fields."

But the crow was very happy after the rain, he wanted to fly. He wanted to sing crow songs together with other crows. But he could not say no to the sparrow. So he said - "I have yet to bathe. My beak is very dirty. You go and I will come."

"Come on bird, I'm coming, I'm going to put socks on my feet

    Knocking, coming.

The sparrow heard this and flew to its fields.

He begged the crow for a while, but when the crow did not come, he dug the soil with his beak and slowly prepared the field. After a few days it rained again. The sparrow then said to the crow - "Crows, crows, let us sow corn. Now is the time to sow grain."

    The crow then said –

"Come on bird, I'm coming, I'm going to put socks on my feet

The sparrow went to the field alone and started working. With its tiny beak, it sowed the corn seeds in the soil one by one. Then it rained and the fields were watered. Got it. When the sun shone, small plants grew in all the fields. Sometimes the sparrow used to clean her field, sometimes she gave water to the plants. But the crow never came to the field. After a few days, the plants got scabs. The scabs were yellow. - The grains have grown. Now the grains are ripe and the time has come to break the husks. The sparrow went to the crow and said to him - "Let the crows gather the crop." But the crow again said -

"Come on bird, I'm coming, I'm going to put socks on my feet

    Knocking, coming.

The sparrow reached the field but the crow did not come. The sparrow alone harvested the crop with great effort. Then separate the grains from the husks one by one. There were two piles in the field. A small pile of grains and another big pile of corn husks. The sparrow had just finished this work when the crow also reached there.

The crow was very clever. He said - "Birds, your crop has been good. You have done more work than me. Do this, you keep this big pile and I will keep this small pile of grains." Dhari went up and sat down. Chidi said that we divide both the piles equally. But the crow did not agree. He got ready to fight. The sparrow sat aside thoughtfully. Just then it started raining heavily. After a while it started to hail. The sparrow ran and hid in a pile of flowers, but the crow continued to sit on the grains.

When the rain stopped, the sparrow saw that the crow was dead. He died as soon as the hail struck and the sparrow, who was hiding in a pile of gulls, survived. In this way, the sparrow got the fruits of his labor.
