At the bottom of the 7 o'clock hour, John talks to Roger Byron, an attorney at First Liberty Institute. Roger discusses the Petersburg's effort to prohibit the Knights of Columbus from organizing its traditional Memorial Day event in the city -- and his own effort to assist the Knights.
