If so, I welcome you to Prepared for Wellness, where you will be empowered to find time for your health goals, instill healthy eating habits, heal chronic pain, and find your energy again! Hi, I’m Ashley Cavolo, a busy working Mom who struggled to manage chronic pain and inflammation. I was overwhelmed being a mom, wife, and friend while working a full-time job. I lacked healthy eating and lifestyle habits that left me feeling hopeless. I was too exhausted to even think about creating a plan to take control of my health. I desperately wanted to feel alive and to show up for my family the way that I wanted to but felt let down and defeated wherever I turned. Until the day I realized the pain left me feeling completely disconnected from the mom, wife, and person I wanted to be. It was time to stop letting the pain control my life, so I decided to take my health into my own hands. After a deep dive into health and wellness research (and a whole lot of prayer!), I created a simple lifestyle that is maintainable and affordable no matter how busy life gets.
