Here are the Day Ten prompts if you want to follow along:

Journal Prompt: Write a letter to your limiting belief, thanking it for keeping you safe, and telling it that it is time to go. Write it all out, then burn the letter.

Gratitude Prompt: List out the accomplishments you are most proud of.

Question: How can I love myself more today?

(These questions aren’t meant to have direct answers. They are meant to feed your brain, to open you up to the possibilities of self-care. Sometimes when we introduce our brain to a question, the answer naturally comes a few days later. Just contemplate the question, but don’t be discouraged if there is not an immediate answer).

Challenge: Declutter your workspace or make a dedicated space to journal and meditate. Don’t skip this!
