  • Judith Gould is Director of Posture Plus and Senior Physiotherapist. Judith graduated from the University of Queensland in 1987. After working in hospitals and private practices around Australia and Saudi Arabia, she arrived in Hong Kong in 1994. Judith completed her Pilates rehabilitation training in 1996 and a Master's degree in 2001 which examined 3-D measurement of posture and movements of the neck, shoulder and scapula - her area of special interest.

    Using her 34 years of experience, Judith provides a detailed assessment, diagnosis and explanation of how postural dysfunctions contribute to pain, discomfort or stiffness. She then uses the Pilates Plus programme to restore and improve movement and to prevent reoccurrences.

    In conjunction with Bone Health Asia, Judith has brought Onero™ to Asia. Onero™ is a research based bone density exercise programme which is aimed at both men and women with low bone density - osteopenia or osteoporosis.
