A very different On Yer Bike Episode today. What's it truly like in the team car? Ride along in real time with Anna McEwen and Saint Piran with DS and ex-pro Chris Lawless and 'Viking Glenn' the mechanic.

It looks like it will be a sprint finish into West Northamptonshire but as the race radio keeps reminding us, the breakaway has kept going. Can the Saint Piran Pro Continental beat the odds and be in the right place at the right time by the sprint? Or will the World Tour teams win out?

Put your seatbelt on, bring a sandwich and your karaoke voice. We're onto the penultimate stage of the Tour of Britain and there's no letting up amongt the narrow roads and some punchy climbs.

We head from Derby to Newark in the company of Sanny, Katy and Anna and start by throwing you straight in at Derby with Remco Evenepoel on superfans and Derby County, Tom Pidcock on whether he still enjoys road racing, Ethan Hayter on life after Ineos as he moves to Soudal Quick-Step AND the one and only Jonas Abrahamsen on his Tour de France Polka Dot jerseys - he has a lot of them!

In amongst it all Paul Magnier wins in Newark on Trent, Sanny tests out the first 10km of the road and then gets taught how to ride a track bike at Derby Velodrome and Katy and Anna catch up with GC leader Stevie Williams and Saint Piran's Rowan Baker as he spends the entire day in the breakaway!

Stephen 'Stevie' Williams takes a three-up sprint in Redcar to take the second stage at the Tour of Britain.
